the staff provided excellent service. i stored my luggage upon arrival because i came early. the front desk staff were friendly and efficient. the beds were comfortable. bathroom space was sufficient. the location is walkable with restaurants and shops nearby.
the pool is small and unheated so my kids did not enjoy it as much.

The staff was helpful, especially Nicole at the front desk. She provided me with a metro map and other information I needed. The location is also AMAZING. It is a short walk to the metro, Trader Joe's, Union Market, and Union Station. I found the area to be very safe.
The ice machine on the 7th floor wasn't working. It might be worth checking this before you arrive.
